Beauty Buzz Word: Tight-lining
A relatively new term in the makeup lexicon, tight-lining refers to lining the inner rim of the upper eyelid, in the area between the eyelashes and the actual eye. This gives the appearance of a more solid, fuller lash base which, in turn, makes the eyes appear larger and more open.

I don't line my eyes often... But if i do, it's always the upper eyelid and not both... If I do both eyes look smaller... Never tried lining the inner rim. Thanks for the tip!
Lining your upper rim is a great way to make your eyes look larger, just make sure you use a liner that doesn't transfer to your bottom rim (lining the bottom rim can make your eyes look smaller.) I like Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes.
